LIMITED WARRANTY:
Visor-View, Inc. warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The Visor-View, Inc. warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective item at no charge if we determine such item to be defective.
This warranty shall not apply to any item subject to misuse including static discharge, failure by Buyer or installer to follow instructions, product modification, ordinary wear and tear, neglilgent or improper operation, or item which has been improperly soldered or altered during assembly or use and is not therefore capable of being tested or resold. Modification, repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Visor-View without our written consent can void this limited warranty.

Returns |
|
Returns of unused merchandise will be accepted within 90 days of purchase but must secure a "Returned Material Authorization" number and are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Returned items that are determined by Visor-View to have been used or are incomplete or otherwise not in original condition will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense , or may be eligible for a partial refund. The eligibility and amount of the partial refund will be determined by Visor-View. Returned items may be returned for credit or replacement with a similar item.
Returns of defective merchandise must be within the warranty period to receive a free replacement or credit. Items must be returned with a "Returned Material Authorization" number. This can be obtained by completing the following form or calling Visor View Customer Service at the number above. To receive an RMA number you will need to provide the order number you received when you placed your order as well as the reason you are returning the item. Your refund will be process within 72 hours. A $25 restocking fee may be applied for returned items that are not defective. We will replace or credit ONLY the parts that were returned.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
(a) Sellers's liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy for any tender of nonconfirming or defective goods or breach of warranty is expressly limited to Seller's choice of (1) the repair of non-conforming or defective goods if possible, (2) the replacement of non-conforming or defective goods, or (3) the repayment of that portion of the purchase price represented by non-conforming or defective goods.
(b) In no event will Seller be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, contingent or punitive damages arising out of or relating to: (1) any breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Seller, or undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto; (2) the tender of defective or non-conforming goods; (3) any claim of any kind arising out of or relating to any order or Seller's performance in connection therewith. In any event, Seller's liability will not exceed the purchase price of the goods on which such liability is based. Buyer assumes all other liability for any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising out of, connected wtih or resulting from the use of Seller's products, either alone or in combination with other products.
