Visor-View, Inc. is excited to be introducing the FLIR PathFindIR Thermal Night Vision Camera and Monitor Kit to our line of safety products. This innovative system allows drivers to detect and monitor pedestrians, animals and other objects on the road in extreme road conditions like total darkness, thick fog, heavy rain and snow.
The PathFindIR thermal imager can give you more time to react to road hazards than conventional headlights. It uses the same technology FLIR offers to military agencies to see at night. It features a 36 degree field of view lens, which provides excellent roadside awareness, even at long range. This gives you a better change of seeing animals and pedestrians approaching the roadway before they become a danger.
FLIR’s PathFindIR camera significantly reduces the hazard of night time driving. Its thermal image technology enables drivers to see 4 x’s further in total darkness than would be visible with standard headlights. Thermal Night Vision Camera uses heat not light, allowing you to see clearly in total darkness. The PathFindIR is weather resistant and mounts easily to any vehicle’s grill.

The thermal imaging camera is paired with a 7.0” TFT LCD Monitor. This monitor sits on a butterfly mount and can be mounted on the dash. The monitor projects the thermal image of the camera in various stages of black and white, the darkest images being the coldest and the warmest images show up as the lightest.
